Andy Addis

Lead Pastor, CrossPoint Church — Hutchinson, KS

A trusted voice in rural church leadership, Andy Addis serves as pastor of CrossPoint Church, a multisite church with campuses across Kansas.

He also works closely with NAMB Replant, encouraging and equipping leaders across the country to pursue health and balance in ministry.

As part of Church Forward (Kansas-Nebraska Convention of Southern Baptists), Andy is deeply invested in helping pastors thrive—spiritually, personally, and missionally.

Andy and his wife Kathy have two sons and two daughters-in-law, and he brings both wisdom and humor to every room he enters.

Brian White

Lead Pastor, Harvest Church — Carmel, IN

Brian White planted Harvest Church in 2007 and has faithfully led the congregation in Carmel, Indiana with Gospel conviction and pastoral integrity.

A graduate of Cedarville University and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Brian is passionate about raising up leaders and building strong, healthy churches.

He and his wife Laura live in Noblesville, Indiana with their five children. Brian’s messages are marked by biblical depth, pastoral warmth, and a clear call to Christ-centered ministry.
