Messenger Qualifications
Messengers are official voting representatives elected by their church to participate in the business of the Annual Celebration.
To be registered as a messenger, please note:
- You must be elected by your church.
- You must be certified and registered by your pastor or church clerk/treasurer.
- Your church must be in friendly cooperation with the SCBO and contribute financially during the current year.

Guest Qualifications
All guests are welcome to attend the Annual Celebration and participate in worship, main sessions, and fellowship.
- Guests do not vote in business matters.
- Guests do not need to be elected.
- Guests can register themselves.

How many messengers can we bring?
The number of messengers your church can send is based on church membership. Your church is eligible to bring:
- 3 messengers for the first 50 members (or fraction thereof)
- +1 for each additional 50 members (or major part thereof)
- No more than 10 messengers total per church

Will meals be provided?
Boxed lunch will be provided on Tuesday, November 11th.
