An honest, anonymous look at seven dimensions of your ministry life.

This short assessment is designed to help you explore your ministry and personal health across the dimensions that research and pastoral wisdom show matter most for ministry longevity.

It is grounded in research from Lifeway Research and GuideStone Financial Resources, as well as the writing of trusted pastoral voices.

The statements alone are intended to produce reflection, and when you finish, you will see your scores for each dimension along with practical resources for any areas that may need attention.

What to Expect
  • 40 questions, about 6 minutes to complete
  • 1 to 5 scale, from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree
  • Your individual answers stay private and cannot be linked to you
  • Anonymous summary scores help SCBO understand what Ohio pastors need
