Who should attend?
KickStart is designed to give exposure to coaching skills and the three Leader Breakthru events, all in one place, all at one time. Those who should attend:
- A church member and/or leader who is hungering for personal breakthrough
- A pastor who wants to experience the tools and resources for coaching and leader development
- A church team that desires to be trained to do all the processes, looking for an economical option
- A group of leaders who could go back home and help the pastor resource others
- A regional leader or pastor who influences churches and leaders
A church could return to their context and implement all three LeaderBreakthru events, helping Christ-followers discover their CALLING (Focused Living), CONTRIBUTION (Apex) and CONVERGENCE (Resonance).

KickStart is designed for you to experience Leader Breakthru's three Core (leader development) processes and the IDEA Coaching Pathway. You'll walk away from this event with a Facilitator License (to facilitate one of our processes in your context) and resources to help you integrate coaching with leader development.
Tuesday-Wednesday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Leader Breakthru's Two-Day Coaching Skills Training which introduces you to the four core coaching skills (listening, expanding, focusing, and empowering)
Cost: $295 (Usually $595 as a standalone event)
Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm Friday 8:30am-1:00pm
Get licensed to facilitate one of Leader Breakthru's three Core Processes: Focused Living (discovering personal calling), Apex (clarifying unique contribution) or Resonance (moving toward convergence).
Cost $99 (Usually $249 per license)
Experience it all - Two Day Coaching Skills Training + one of the Three Core Processes
