Praying Seek God for the City: Coronavirus

I'm praying "Day 17: Seek God to advance citywide movements" in the daily prayer guide Seek God for the City 2020. (Join me by getting the app here: waymakers.org/app) Long before the world knew of COVID-19 and this pandemic, today's reading (3/13) was written based on Zechariah 8:20-22. It could not be more timely: 

“Peoples will yet come, the residents of many cities; ...saying: Let’s go at once to plead for the Lord’s favor and to seek the LORD of Armies. I am also going. Many peoples and strong nations will come to seek the Lord of Armies in Jerusalem and to plead for the LORD’s favor.”  (Zechariah 8:20-22)

Praying for a fresh hearing of the gospel... movements through networks and neighborhoods. Asking Jesus to accelerate the spread of gospel talk through the markets of business, the places of entertainment and the halls of government. Praying for Jesus to amaze people by what He does, but also to be trusted for who He is. #PrayOhio!
