Conference Empowers Leaders in Southwest Ohio
On Thursday, September 8, more than 290 leaders from around Ohio convened at Lakota Hills Baptist Church for the first annual Southwest Ohio Regional Leadership Conference. Those in attendance were equipped and encouraged by national evangelical leaders Vance Pittman, president of the NAMB Send Network; Shane Pruitt, national next-gen director at NAMB, and Dr. Hershael York, dean of theology and preaching, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. In addition, the conference offered individual breakout sessions on subjects such as church missions, kids/student ministries, evangelism, church planting, leading well as women, and community connections. Attendees enjoyed a day full of faith, fellowship, food, and fun!
