Cleveland Ministry Blesses Children

On Sunday, November 6, 2022, Hang On In There Ministries in Cleveland, Ohio dedicated twelve children and young people to the Lord during a worship service led by Pastor Charles Hill.

In their East Cleveland, Ohio neighborhood, Hill says, “Forty-two percent of females between ages fifteen and thirty-five gave birth in the past year.”

Under Pastor Hill’s leadership, the church is becoming more intentional in evangelizing the community. Dedication Sundays are held regularly throughout the year with Hang On In There Ministries now designating the fourth Sunday of each month as ‘Blessing the Children Sunday.’ This gives the church more opportunities to impact the lives of local children and families by opening its doors to the entire community and sharing the gospel message.

“The church must be an influencer by blessing the children,” says Pastor Hill. “When a child is birthed into this world bad influences are all around. The church is called to be light in dark places.”
