• 5/31–6/8 – 50% refund available; no refunds after 6/8
• 6/22–6/27 – Super Summer week

Step 1: Identify and approve student leaders

Students

Every student attending Super Summer Ohio must meet the expectations as communicated by their primary youth leader. We recommend using the Student Sample Application to help in this process and to collect basic information to use when completing Registration.


Family Leaders

Super Summer Family Leaders are adults who have been recommended by the pastor or primary youth leader at their church. These adults demonstrate an active faith in Christ and a desire to mentor and disciple students to grow as followers of Christ, and leaders of others.

1 adult is required to attend per every 7 students. Please reach out to us if you are unable to send one adult per every 7 students and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Step 2: Complete online registration 

Next, complete the online registration for every student and Family Leader who will be attending. Registration will collect basic information for each attendee, and a deposit will be required to reserve their spot.

This registration should be completed by the church’s Key Contact, which is typically the Youth Pastor or primary youth leader, to ensure all information is accurate and your group is registered under the correct leadership.

Step 3: Complete required paperwork 

After registration, each Student, Family Leader, and the Key Contact for each church will receive an email with additional paperwork that must be completed. All paperwork is required and must be submitted no later than May 4th.

Step 4: Register for electives  

On May 7, students will receive an email with a link to submit their elective selections. Roommate preference information will be sent separately to the church Key Contact.

All elective selections and roommate preferences must be submitted no later than May 18.
