2011 Mission Ohio January Prayer and Renewal Events
The
Penetrating the Lostness report adopted by the messengers to the 2010 Southern
Baptist Convention called upon Southern Baptists to engage in prayer for lost
people and renewal events at the associational and local church levels during
the month of January. Mission Ohio
has embraced this call. The
Mission Council of the State Convention of Baptists in Ohio adopted without
opposition the recommendations of the Ohio Great Commission committee which
called for prayer and renewal events in January.

Mission
Ohio is the cooperative effort of Southern Baptists to reach at least 1,000,000
believers in 2,020 congregations by the end of 2020. The State Convention of Baptists in Ohio is the missionary
organization of Southern Baptists to assist Southern Baptist churches and
associations obey the Great Commission.
The Cooperative Mission Program gifts from churches supports the mission
work and missionaries of Mission Ohio and the other 10,000 plus Southern
Baptist missionaries around the world.
A
lost world from Ohio to the ends of the earth needs Jesus. Please join us in prayer and spiritual
renewal to penetrate the lostness.
Let’s press toward that mark.
