Ohio Christian Women's/Men's Job Corps
The purpose of Christian Women's/Men's Job Corps, a ministry of WMU, is to provide a Christian context in which men and women who are in need are equipped for life and employment, and a missions context in which women help women and men help men.
Participants in CWJC/CMJC will experience a new direction in life through the support of a mentor, involvement in Bible study and an opportunity to grow through life and job-skills training. Strong, healthy relationships provide an environment for building character and courage.
CWJC/CMJC has a flexible design allowing for customization to meet the needs of women/men and communities. While no two CWJC/CMJC sites mey be identical, each site will have eight key elements in common:

- A covenant with every client and mentor
- Bible Study
- Networking
- Needs assessment of clients and communities
- Certification Training
- Evaluation
- Advisory Council
