GROW: Outreach Teams that WIN

GROW was designed to be a fun outreach ministry and one that your church will look forward to!  “GROW” is an acronym for “God Rewards Our Work.”  “GROW” works to cultivate commitment among those who are willing to be involved in outreach once a month. As involvement increases, commitment grows!             

With different levels of participation, GROW involves more of your church members in outreach.  Participants can be involved in outreach once a month through visitation, letter writing, or phone calling.  As GROW progresses, the number of participants will increase. Outreach grows from one to two, to three and finally to four weeks a month.
