LifeWay Christian Resources, the 2010 survey is again online. In 2008,
almost 13,000 church employees participated, and we’re counting on you
to make this year’s survey a success.

• Your individual results are kept anonymous: Results are reported at
the state or national level for churches of similar size and budget.
For more than a decade, the SBC Church Compensation Survey’s results
have been used by church finance and personnel committees to establish
competitive compensation packages for ministers and support staff.
